While many of our Seedtime Friends may not connect closely with Haiti, you may find it interesting to know that Haiti’s President Jovenel was unlike so many other Political candidates Haiti has seen. He spoke early and often, both before and after becoming President, about Haiti building Haiti. Yes, rather simple isn’t it! Haiti building Haiti. They decide, and they fund it and they do the work… an increasingly self-contained scenario. And he won the vote for President. But now when it came time to pay the bills, the nation said no…. loudly. Add that thought to the newsletter info and enjoy keeping up with affairs of this small island nation.
